1. Booking & reservations
All bookings through Seren Blue Safaris are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email with your reference number. We reserve the right to modify itineraries based on weather, wildlife patterns, or safety considerations.
2. Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations 15–29 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before departure are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
3. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Seren Blue Safaris is not liable for costs arising from unforeseen events including but not limited to flight delays, illness, or natural disasters.
4. Health & safety
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate vaccinations and travel documentation. We follow strict safety protocols during all safari activities. Our guides are certified and trained in first aid and wildlife management.
5. Liability
Seren Blue Safaris acts as an agent for accommodation providers, transport companies, and activity operators. While we carefully vet all partners, our liability is limited to the services we directly provide.
